@shortstories Yes. The Constitution does define and, like the Representative states, *establishes* the Three Branches.
This was the Purpose of The Founding Fathers design. They wanted a System Of Checks And Balances. They did NOT want a Monarchy or King, so they could avoid tyranny.
If they could only see what has happened. They are turning over in their graves...
