My approach to physical training has evolved, over the years.
I am not focused on cutting calories as I am on getting stronger and functional strength and endurance. Diet/nutrition is certainly a large part of that.

Modern neoliberalism is just the perpetual reinvention of poverty, "van living" was a sign of extreme poverty in the 90s, now it's a chique (and most importantly, an inherently childless) endeavor to be undertaken by the most hip of hipsters. And now they are rebranding the trailer park with "tiny homes". These homes are only 350 square feet, but unlike their "trailer trash" counterparts, they are stationary, so you can't even pick up and leave if the going gets rough. You will live in the tiny house, you will get sterilized at 23, you will use public transport, you will work everyday until you die, and you'll be miserable, but at least "our democracy" will be saved!
