Did I accidentally delete it or did a moderator delete it? The one about how if women from one culture give birth to the same number of children per woman as women from another culture but at a younger age. The culture where people have children at a younger age will grow faster. And since people on welfare give birth to children under the legal age they will outnumber the people not on welfare who follow the law.
