An uneducated, undirected, easily-lead class of immigrants can be quite useful with proper management.
The opposite can be literally devastating.
The other scenario you didn't mention relates to Islam: a largely uneducated, less intelligent, but very directed and not easily-led class of immigrant.
That poses serious problems too. This is why Jews have made Islam their eternal foe.
But the bigger point is this: getting bogged down in arguments of "which immigrant is better or worse" serves to make a point:
all immigrants are not equal.

That is the smartest thing you've said yet. 4000 years of cultural sociopathic indoctrination, even to the point of prioritizing incest over miscegenation would arguably result in:
* a more phenotypically sociopathic population
* a predisposition to incest & pedophilia
it would also support the notion that religion/ideology is evolutionarily adaptive and confers survival advantage.
