People love changing the order of the letters so that it spells "DIE". Then they make obvious jokes to "own the commies".
I firmly believe however that the order was made to be DEI very intentionally.
In latin, Dei is the genitive singular of Deus, meaning "of [the] god".
They are literally and blatantly telling us that THIS is our god now. These people have amongst themselves a religious/occult underpinning to all of this that I wish more people would understand.
