@theFlow Here's a question for the lawyers: if the home was part of an HOA, does acquiring the home by squatting enable the home to exit the HOA?
Anarcho capitalists say property is acquired two ways
1 homesteading
2 squatters rights
They never say how to objectively know the fine details on either of these well enough to objectively object to this
But Stefan Molyneux will probably have a video or podcast pretending they do
@shortstories @theFlow While cases like this are disgusting, squatting is the final defense against some bank owning a huge percentage of land. They will have to at least patrol it, and they wouldn't be able to stop a large enough number of squatters.
