I would describe the sound as a quick popping static electricity sound but I do not know if I am correct that static electricity has a certain sound
I found a video that I thought had the sound but then when I played it my sound stopped working
When I replayed the video it did not have the sound and it was just my computer acting up and not the sound in the video
So I deleted the comment about the video
I used to hear the sound on a MS dos computer with external speakers as a one time sound followed by sound working normally with a CD ROM playing the introduction to this game
However now I hear it watching YouTube videos on Chromebook then the sound stops working
When you listen to this lands of lore video you can hear "coil whine" which is not the sound that I hear but I used to hear coil whine like in this video when using CDs
It is a quick popping sound and it actually does sound a little like the sound when he hits intro and when the game loads but it does not sound like the coil whine sound in the video
Maybe it is a very loud sound the speaker can not handle well followed by silence

Not exactly the same but kind of like the sound labeled as Electricity 2 at the 20 second mark only quicker or shorter in duration
