Ideal health requires at least four hours of exercise a day
Sitting still in class is waste of time and not healthy
If thsy just exercised enough they would not want to move around in class
In order to reach full exercise potential and have more brain fuel even more carbohydrates not less should be put in the diet
We should be aiming for maximum fitness potential when people are hyper active
Make them say answers to math questions calculated mentally while doing exercise routines
Allegedly in the absense of carbohydrates the body consumes protein to produce carbohydrate in order to fuel the brain. Allegedly there is a limit to how much protein is safe to eat.
In a low carbohydrate high intensity high duration exercise schedule if someone is not eating so much protein they are at risk for kidney damage they will start losing muscle because more protein will be spent than is consumed in the diet which could have been prevented with carbohydrates
So the contortionist handbook alone suggests at least three hours per day stretching
When you consider that there are other exercises than stretching, I would conclude that four hours per day is reasonable and perhaps even more is desirable for the general population
Much of this exercise can be done while working or studying including activities of daily living
However the type of physical labour while working should have task rotation to prevent over use injuries
