I am starting to think we are just trying to avoid glyphosphate, not gluten

@mitchconner

So a bunch of foods containing grain used to make me sick

Eventually grains other than certain specific types stopped making me feel sick

Certain breads I would buy at Wal-Mart still make me sick

Breads advertising double fiber or extra fiber tend to make me sick

1 type of bread that does not make me sick most times I tried it is bagels which list gluten as an ingredient, so I concluded it was not gluten but something else that makes me sick

Some people have gluten allergies

@mitchconner

So unless wheat says organic or non gmo or something explicitly saying it is not genetically engineered then it can be legally sold in the U.S.A. while being genetically engineered

There is no legal requirement to mention if wheat is genetically engineered in the U.S.A.

@shortstories @mitchconner I have a relative whom we assumed was non-celiac gluten intolerant; In time, however, it was determimed by buying heirloom wheat sourced from Eastern Europe, that it isn’t gluten, per se - but the Roundup-Ready wheat, that is the problem.
