@shortstories I think bicyclism can be cured by requiring annual registration and licensing, as well as a tire tax, and one that is equal to those motorists pay to drive on the public roads.
@shortstories Personally I think they should just ban bicycles altogether. If they don't allow cars that don't have sufficient side impact protection, why the hell allow bicycles that have none? No bicycles no danger to bicyclists.
