It looks like bails been upped to 250k and there is an additional investigation relating to some kind of altercation with a minor a couple of days before this.

Didn't realise when this first came out that Harry Dresden and Victor are from some book series. Bit sad if this guy ends up doing serious time off a legit psychotic break.
