Maybe you can legally use Amazon?
@shortstories I'm looking for a specific thing that's mostly unavailable.
Are you looking to buy or looking to sell

When I replied I assumed you were looking to sell but now I think you are looking to buy on acvount of that you are looking for a specific thing which I assume you do not have
Maybe try askimg bars or fancy alcohol stores where they get their alcohol from.
I have seen stores that look like they only sell fancy wine in a slightly wealthier than middle class neighborhood
Also ask bartender certifucation programs
He is going to probably go on a road trip buy it in bulk not drink any alcohol nor open it and then drive it back to where he lives hoping it does not get damaged
or pay someone out of State to buy it then ship it to him
Eiither way the cost will be much greater
@shortstories That's a good tip. Thank you! The closest the wine company gets is Colorado, I think it was. This guy is in Delaware.
@RoninGrey
Moving companies I assume can legally ship big boxes full of alcohol without being told it is alcohol when people move houses across state lines all the time
