Unless there is something different in the chemical structure or chemical composition of fructose found in fruit than fructose found in high fructose corn syrup I have difficulty believing that high fructose corn syrup is as bad as people say it is
My guess is that people simply are not exercising in the proper dose including work related activities of daily living for the amount of sugar, including fructose specifically and carbohydrates in general that they consume
I am not asking how fructose compares to table sugar
I am asking how fructose from corn compares to fructose from fruit
