Sometimes we hear that a certain food lowers cholesterol and is heart healthy

But do these foods provide any benefits for vegans if vegans do not eat cholesterol

Does soluble fiber only lower cholesterol for people who eat cholesterol in their diet

Would lowering cholesterol provide no health benefits for vegans & maybe make things worse since they consume no cholesterol and the body needs cholesterol

What if vegans bodies produce enough cholesterol but it is not enough after it is lowered

Yes. It only lowers cholesterol if it is present in the meal you eat with the fiber. Fiber just traps it so you shit it our afaik.
@shortstories It mostly doesn't matter if you eat cholesterol or not, your body produces far more than you will ever eat and will adapt to whatever your diet is to keep that same level. There are other things that can actually affect cholesterol levels, but it's not from direct cholesterol intake.

@shortstories

Cholesterol is not harmful to begin with. On the contrary any low cholesterol diet is likely to cause health issues and shorten your life span. That is how important cholesterol is. And the myth about the bad cholesterol was debunked over two decades ago.

Also a vegan diet, in the long run will make you retarded and weak. Even though in the beginning it might make you feel great.

In the long run the malnutrition will cause serious damage.
