I want to reduce the number of people that get Jew training and so I care

Would requiring that people be able to multiply, add, subtract and divide numbers without a calculator to be admitted into college reduce the number of women that enroll in college per capita

Would that be good or bad

The poll did not ask about the ratio of females to males or males to females that enroll

The poll asked about

"women that enroll in college as a percent of the female population per year"

I meant

If there are 23 women that enroll out of 100 women then that is 23 percent

If there are 46 women that enroll out of 100 women that is 46 percent

If in both culture A & culture B women have the same average number of children that they give birth to in their lifetime

But in Culture A the average age that a woman gives birth to their first child is lower than in culture B

And the average age that a woman gives birth to their last child in culture A is lower than in culture B
