If black people were enslaved and forced to study math and standard academic English or be executed then their average IQ score would increase. If execution would not occur for getting wrong answers but only for not putting in the study time.

What about all the White college students who want to exterminate white people, if you execute them as you proposed then that would reduce the white population
White population needs to be reduced by about 41% according to this poll which shows that 41% of white people voted for the white genocide party
No violence is needed to achieve this just remove the slave labor they get for free and they will naturally decrease in population

But reducing the subgroup population would reduce the total population
And no violence is needed to reduce the subgroup population just stop giving them free slave labor
