I believe that @TrevorGoodchild had indicated that he liked the "apprenticeship" system, which is attainable, although it has some obvious faults

I wonder how well a samizdat DarkMed system could create a functional residency pipeline; the key would be to take a talented White kid (who would otherwise be overlooked by the system) and bring them to a level equivalent to the ideal output of the existing residency pipeline, simply minus the official credential

this is obviously a multi-year process, and difficult to do in the dark

Now it's basically rote memorization from undergrad through your USMLE. No wonder so few objected to rushed COVID vaccines, they were just assimilating the new knowledge into memory and regurgitating it, like they'd done their entire lives.

1. Non-hospital employed doctors will stop taking ER call. This will be particularly bad in the case of eye, hand, head and spine trauma. All trauma surgeons are hospital employees so niggers with chest or abdominal gunshots will still do OK for now

2. Senior docs will retire faster than they already are. Junior ones will seek hospital employment. No more cushy private clinic visits. You're going to the DMV.

3. Those who stay in private practice will simply ask for cash fees up front if you want to be seen. It will be called an 'administrative fee' and be applied on top of your insurance copay. Scheduling any kind of elective surgery? Same.

Change the game and the players change their behavior.

They can go after independent doctors in other ways (strip them of licensure and board certification, like they did for the rare fagcine objectors) but its much easier to just have veiled threats than it is to go nuclear.

The tricky part for now is that medical facilities are multi-million dollar affairs which for things like heart surgeries, needed.

While many procedures nowadays can be done less invasively, there are still a few things which still need it.

therefore, anything which attempts to do that will need to be very cleverly designed and implemented so that it is either illegible to their power-structures or immune to them

Additionally, it would seem to be fairly straightforward to argue that they are simply consultants offering their time and expertise on a standard fee-for-service arrangement

But this is why the term 'administrative fee' is so useful. Consult with your local lawyer, obviously.
