The greek orthodox church employs exclusively medical psychiatrist-priests as exorcists. Exorcism in orthodoxy is embedded in daily lytourgy and prayer. The exorcists diagnose the afflicted and proceed with scientific medical methods only while reading the appropriate prayers and performing the appropriate rituals. Non sanctioned priests/monks who attempt home brewed ones are removed and even arrested. The Russian orthodox church started slowly implementing the same policy in 2021 officially although Russian orthodox "hard exorcisms" by monks and zealot priests are still very common in Russia.
