Unconditional Acceleration of technology leading to unconditional subjugation of humanity by computers with no chance of humans preventing it debunked

That's my general impression. The entire thing is a mess of political favoritism and backstabbing. It does not select for the smartest people.

@shortstories @SilentSeeker This is the truth. Social science professor more often believe in climate alarmism than physics professors as well.

Cold War 2.0 80: Is America Running Out of Missiles? | Tarik Cyril Amar 1 hour 6 mins

Is the Iran war pushing America's military stockpiles to their limits? And if Washington was warned that it could not sustain a prolonged conflict, how did the United States get here?

In Cold War 2.0 80, historian Tarik Cyril Amar joins Kevork Almassian to examine new reporting about the mounting military and geopolitical consequences of the Iran war.

The Washington Post reports that President Donald Trump confronted Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth over severe shortages of key munitions, including long-range guided missiles and air-defense interceptors. According to the report, those shortages have already influenced Washington's ability to consider further large-scale strikes against Iran. The White House and Pentagon dispute the reporting about the confrontation and the characterization of America's stockpiles.

But the bigger question is how the United States arrived at this point.

We examine reporting about the role of Israeli intelligence in the road to war, the expectation in Washington that the conflict could produce a relatively quick victory, and what five months of confrontation with Iran have revealed about the limits of American military power.

RE: mastodon.social/@h4ckernews/11

“In one recent survey, 74% of executives said they had more confidence in AI’s advice than in that of colleagues or friends, and 44% said they would defer to its reasoning over their own insights.
Sit with that for a second. Nearly half of senior leaders say they would trust a chatbot’s judgment over their own, on questions they were hired to answer.”

@Sirensabotage Well, fake seems to be the new real. Looking at polling stats, she's currently ~5% better vs Klobuchar than Schwarze. Her stance is better than the late term currently on the books.

TL;DR on Schwarze is that he got on the bad side of Marine command during covid and that had mucked up two of his other attempts to run for office. Nothing really major, but gives the DFL plenty of ammo.

The reason we have been dragging you for over 2 weeks is because you are extremely result oriented (no idea why you are here).

>If the defense doesn't do X
>His family said Y
>The FBI found Z

These things don't actually matter. They are only reality to a normie who watches the jewtube.

>No I don't think bullets can do that, but the FBI said a bullet did it so it must be true!
>No I don't think libshit homosexual zoomers text like they are in Jane Eyre but we have his texts so it was him!

I could go on but I don't care enough. The point is you're gay and retarded and we don't care about your "evidence" because it's all manufactured. Is saying that an easy excuse? Sure. But in this case it's the most likely reality. The number of unrealistic or impossible things in Tyler being the shooter compounds to make the chances of this happening again well over 1 in a billion.
Kash Patel "urges vigilance" after water system cyberattacks

They are keeping this narrative in play ...

FBI Director Kash Patel says the FBI is calling on states to report potential threats as investigators look into cyberattacks on American water systems, with a recent advisory suggesting Iranian hackers might be to blame.

Patel said the FBI is operating in eight different states and described the situation as "managed really well" because of the relationship with law enforcement and election officials.

Authorities have not publicly identified the source of cyberattacks that targeted over 30 water systems in Minnesota. However, the late-July attacks came as various authorities warned that Iranian hackers are focused on targeting these kinds of systems.

The FBI, CISA and other agencies issued the advisory, which said Iranian hackers have been targeting water and wastewater systems and "operational controls of other critical infrastructure sectors."
