Am sorry but for anyone who uses PC, do you really have to ask why your hands hurt?? Cuz am trying to play on a keyboard and my hand hurt trying put push keys that are fingers apart.

If you rotate how you use the same keyboard it will make it less bad
For example if you can put the keyboard in different places
Alternate between sitting and standing
Change your wrist, elbow and shoulder position
It can be less bad
Also taking breaks to walk
Alternate between mouse and touch screen
Different kinds of computer mice or computer mouses
