You definitely don't need to be paying an artist. Some might even pay YOU, how's them apples?
@UncleIroh @RoninGrey 100% I used to commission art of my waifu, and while the AI generators can't fully capture her uniqueness, they come close enough for me.
@UncleIroh I paid to get this raccoon done a while back, and even paid them again to have it redone / tweaked, and I still wasn't satisfied. I ended up reshaping his jaw myself and adding whiskers, and I added Irene from another app.
It's one of my cell phone backgrounds.
