@Stahesh no improvement yet. I'm losing weight though. The Prednisone causes weight gain so it's nice to see the scale move back down.

I know you like different Teas,Have you tried Yerba Mate I switched to the Guyaki brand a 5 months ago when I quit alcohol,I have experienced minor weight loss but could be to the reduction of alcohol more than the tea
