@RoninGrey @VooDooMedic @Zeb I can only give advice on what to do that a Klansman gave me if they try and turn your case into a federal hate crime by proving you are in a group,He told me to plead the 5th amendment.So I did and they couldn't double jeopardy me once it stayed in city court on same charges.
