So having more estrogen in some cases might be a good thing if the testosterone amount is the same
Most soy is genetically engineered unless it says organic or non gmo if you are in the United States
Or USDA organic or non gmo for those outside the United States
Soy has approximately 99% complete protein where as most other plant foods have incomplete protein that requires complicated combinations
