If the stars are farther away then the moon and the moon is a solid opaque object then how come people can see stars where the moon would be when the moon is not a full moon
If they are satellites in front of the moon then how come people used to paint or draw pictures of the moon with stars in those locations before satellites?
@shortstories The moon doesnt have it own light source it comes from the Sun.
While stars are other Suns but like You mention very far away

@VeganMGTOW @shortstories and the moon does not have perfect cycle. So one day you can see him in night and some other day you can see him in day.
This is reason why we can see the stars that would be blocked by moon.
