@Tfmonkey Interesting. I think they are conflating anaerobic exercise with diet. Insofar as this movement can affect glucose...? The way to burn fat is to reduce calories or exercise; calories have to be burned or reduced. The way to affect glucose is to fast. Sounds interesting; Did you have a glucose monitor? If it works, then it works.
