@shortstories Because this symbol for me represent will and its influence, godforce, universe, light.
For example like enlightenment being in middle and it is aware of his surrounding.
Or universe space represented by outer circle and dot represent material world.
Can be representation of gravity. Like planet influencing space around itself.
For me it has many meanings and my believes.

It's an old gnostic symbol called the circumpunct. It has been adopted by many sects over the years.
Target uses it blatantly for their brand logo, and it was also famously used by Alan Moore in his Watchmen comic for Dr Manhattan, who adopted it as his personal logo.
