@shortstories @VeganMGTOW do not know but eating carbs 24h before workout do not change much your workout performance.
Carbs are good when you need quickly restore glucose lvls.

He said something like carbohydrates are beneficial if you take them 4 hours or sooner after exercise. The text on the bottom left screen. Later he also said carbohydrates are beneficial for people who do certain exercise training programs.
