@Stahesh Is just easy to try the Vegan diet basically Big plates rice and beans when I Say beans Is All Kind of grains like Garbanzos lentis etc etc is the Main source of calories as a man you need to eat Big plates rice beans like 4 serving daily this because since the Diet Is high carb carbs are only 4.2 kcal while fat is 9 kcal
And from there fruits and vegetables For fiber and vitamins (this is the reason TFM need like 10 supplements)
The only real supplement You need Is B12 Even omnivore
