I believe this ensures that the picture is blurred unless people select to unblur it
This is important legally because there is nothing to ensure people on all servers that can see the content you post are over 18

@VooDooMedic @shortstories IMO CW should be used on things like gays, women over 40, pedo shit, dicks, ugly women and probably brutal corpses. 🤔
