Actually I have fasted more than three days multiple times
Certain foods become painful or difficult to digest after you stop fasting
Which foods are different for different people who told me about their fasting experiences
For me orange juice and tomato juice were the most painful and cheese and soy milk were easy to digest
For other people meat and dairy are more difficult to digest when they stop fasting
I do not endorse fasting
@shortstories @YoMomz I fasted one time +120h and knew I need to reintroduce food slowly. to avoid refeeding syndrome.
Mainly meat is easier to digest so this is what I started to eat in small pieces later I had plate full of sausages and had no problem.
Some people recommend bone broth but I did not try it.

When her normal food was harming me.
Because for some reason my body hate high carb diet.
I have some fat that I can lose slowely only when I fast for at least day and improve my body with autophagy.
So I fast at least once a week 1 day fast and after long time I go for 2 day fast for better benefits of autophagy
