I have to dual boot for the simple reason I play all my games on PC. If games come ready for Linux out the box, I would have completely dropped windows eons ago.
@shortstories @Zeb @UncleIroh For gaming in Linux check this out : https://lutris.net/about
Have you tried installing proton in your linux distro?

It's WINE under the hood and will give you access to a ton of steam windows titles.
Id like to add System76.com i to the mix .
Solid company that makes Linux laptops and PCs with POP OS preinstalled.
Watch a couple YT videos and youre good to go!
IDK about you but most people use web apps these days so Linux is a smooth transition
@basedbagel @Zeb @ugly_bastard_reborned
Sure, System76 is a good hardware vendor too.
@basedbagel @UncleIroh @Zeb @ugly_bastard_reborned As the proud owner of a second hand Oryx Pro 6, heck yeah.
@Wopu @basedbagel @Zeb @ugly_bastard_reborned
Nice. I hope you've maxed out that badboy with 64Gb RAM.
@UncleIroh @Wopu @basedbagel @ugly_bastard_reborned
Yeah! If you're not maxing out your ram, you're not doing it right!
@Zeb @ugly_bastard_reborned @UncleIroh
If it is new enough that it can not be run on microsoft dos, it is new enough that it is not a good game
Just run simulated microsoft dos from linux
