Imagine if HR didn't exsi and companies just did testing based on real-world scenarios and did paid trial runs.
We'd save SO much money nad time everyone could get a 10% raise while making no more money.

I don't mind women in the workforce BUT they must be separate from men and all their $$ must go their husbands.
In my case my there was a guy and HR and he was dumb as hell as well.
But I agree in my company some of these senior HR people make more than me and they don't do jack shit.
I can't wait to get my business back up off the ground again.

HR as it is now is only necessary because of women. Blue collar teams get on just fine without HR as long as women aren't present.
I remember working in an office that was for a short time, 100% male, and mostly older male. Fantastic and chill. No drama, no peacocking, great banter & very productive.
And then this morbidly obese & very loud woman joined the database team. Vibes went down, tension went up, very few jokes, and then a cougar joined too. Cue drama & chaos.
