No, garbage should not exist. If you are trying to appeal to an audience with a meme format, you should assume that they are familiar with the meme. Otherwise why use it?

@PapaPole That would require the creator of this ad to know or care about the meme format or the background information on the meme. I generally do not care if someone does not have expertise on any particular meme in general. But most people are not trying to use is when they do not know, so thus my criticism.
