Except on the part of the blacks. Africa was discovered and colonized by whites by more than 500 years ago and they are still shitholes.
Detroit, St Luis, Bessemer and Baltimore are cities where whites mixed with blacks for over 50 years...
The problem really are black women. No smart man wants to breed with them. In latin america europeans fucked and bred with everyone, but in africa they segregated quite heavily.
