I do not think they are framing the Jews however because based on conversations with Jews and religious texts from organizations that Jews say are Jewish

Fit the pattern of Jews trying to either enslave or exterminate all non Jews

And based on conversations with Jews more than their percent of the population seem to be in positions of social power

Like banking, academics, media, politics, and so on
