@Tfmonkey In an ideal world where only net taxpaying men vote.
Since we know a lot of men aren't net taxpayers, how would you motivate them to join the military and fight for a country they have no say in?
Would you make an exception for people on welfare if they enlist?

Net taxpayers get to vote for non president stuff that might also have to be non military related only if they do not serve in the military
Military get to vote for President and maybe also other military stuff
So in military but not net tax payer then only exclusively get to vote for president and maybe military stuff but no voting for other stuff
I am guessing that is how that works
