4 The fastest women in the world can generally run faster than the average untrained man at the same distance but I am less sure about weight lifting and arm wrestling

The strongest woman in the world is stronger than more than 95% of men who only lift about 160 Kg or less if my eyesight reading is correct but weaker than the strongest man in the world when it comes to deadlift strength but I expect a bigger gender difference for arm wrestling than deadlift
