@Stahesh I know The Keto Is a simulated starvation mode since it increase The Cortisol Lvs to The roof that destroy testosterone that Is why TFM have low T lvs cause His Cortisol Lvs are high AND Also he can't do high intensive work out cause you need carbs for that The only reason he losing weight Is cause he Is deshidrating himself he Is Losing water weight but no fat.
Someone might think my body can not be destroying it's own protein on a low carb diet because I am getting stronger and must be gaining muscle mass but
1 Neurological Adaptation increases strength for the same muscle mass
2 If you lose enough body fat you can gain strength while losing muscle mass by not lifting fat weight
