and original flavor it is like dough so you need cinnamon or fruit to make it good.
After drinking it I had full stomach soon after I was hungry again and farted almost nonstop
So I would rather buy fried crickets over powdered food that is plant based.

You can count number of grams of protein in the whole packet and divide by dollar cost for whole packet
