Get excuses for taxing and charity for funding on both sides of the war

Then the sentient beings or people in charge of both Israel and the opponents of Israel profit off of slave labor jobs to work for money to pay for taxes & or charity for helping whichever side the tax or charity payer is on

Like in 1984 where they attack their own country then blame enemies instead of going to war agaibst foreigners
