Does fat free yogurt with no sugar added make you sick?
@shortstories I had fruit yogurt that had some sugars and carbs but protein was little higher and around 0.1 fats and I did not feel so bad when I eat yogurt with low proteing and high sugars
Ok so then if you have a certain quanity or less that is more than nothing then
1 not all parts of all plants make you sick
2 not all types of sources of carbs make you sick
You should try to figure out which parts of which plants make you sick and how much is needed
A medical professional might be able to help you figure that out if you can afford one
Maybe a dietitian but they are not the only kind of medical professional
@shortstories True so far OK are Herbes de Provence, pepper, carrots and radish.
I have stoped doing ginger tea and went back to coffee and so far good.
I think my main problem are yeas in gut. Becaus I think I have some tiny allergy for it.
Because I had test for diabetes if it is the reason why carbs were bad but no.
So it make sense the vegetables in ground that have toxins against yeast and fungi are probably ok.
@shortstories I have lost fate in normie "professionals" because I have visited many.
Even when I had allergic reaction rash all over my mody.
They never know why it is happening even when I was tested for allergies and have my blood checked.
So far best diet is carnivore and then I will go omnivore or omnivore with at least 51% meat.
I am not a licensed or cerified medical professional and this is not medical advice telling you what to do but
IBut if remember correctly I heard they said to try to divide your carbohydrate for an equal amount per time for diabetees
I have problem with that advice because they provide no suggestion to add extra carbohydrate when exercising
Many exercise scientists or exercise physiologists suggest adding certain amounts of carbohydrate near the time of exercise
If you have a food like Kefir or one of the other carbohydrate foods you could have it for one meal immediately as soon as reasonably possible after exercise and do your low carbohydrate diet the rest of the day and switch carbohydrate foods seeing if different foods with carbohydrate make you sick and have less than half as many carbohydrate calories as calories that you exercise for your one carbohydrate meal per day
But this is not medical advice & I am not telling you to do that
@Stahesh
If I remember correctly it has been claimed that exercise or perhaps execrcise in a certain intensity for a certain duration has an insulin like effect that helps people with diabetees
