So I am having difficulty getting vegan sources of protein that do not make me feel to full
I could do 28000 Calories of exercise a day in a 4 hour time block at 700 Calories per hour and try to get at least 140 grams of protein plus a gallon of fluid every day but it is very difficult to eat enough food in the form of protein, plus water requirements
The easiest way I could manage this on a fat free vegetarian diet was Greek yogurt & cottage cheese but vegan food is too filling
So even products that you might think are vegan like soda might not be if they list natural and artificial ingredients but do not say if those natural or artificial ingredients come from animal products
@shortstories Regular Cheese and yogurt Is just packed estrogens. Oat milk and soy milk Is cheaper and nutritions
@shortstories Vegan source of protein. Little search in the internet can help you with that just eat enough calories begginers Vegan do this mistake I Did it myself when I started
@VeganMGTOW
For some reason if I try to drink one gallon of soy milk that makes me feel more full then if I drink a gallon of water plus a big carton of cottage cheese and a big carton of Greek yogurt where the yogurt and cottage cheese have more combined protein than two half gallon cartons of soymilk combined
So basically I was able to get more protein in a vegetarian diet than a vegan diet with the same amount of fluid 1 gallon
It also takes extremely much more time to eat vegan
