You claim there are stages of morality and women can not or do not reach the highest stages but only men do
Presuming this is correct
If men have not reached beyond the highest stage of morality that women do is there a way to influence them to reach the male only stages of morality?

I do not know what the cost to make it happen would be so I can not know if it is even possible for me to make it happen and if it is possible I do not know if it is worth the price
The State might crack down so hard on men that try to teach men to live by higher moral principles that it might cost the lives of multiple men of high moral principles to raise the moral principles of one man to the same level resulting in a net loss of morality in the society worse than doing nothing
You could try to go to the ghetto to civilize people but if ten civilised people are killed by uncivilised ghetto people in order to teach one ghetto person to be civilised then there are nine less civilised people in the world
If no one went to the ghetto to try to civilize anyone then there would be nine more civilised people in the world making the world a better place if no attempt to civilize the ghetto was done in the first place in such a example
