to manage their own finances. Typical externaliizing the blame and absolving themselves of ant responsibility.

@sardonicsmile @Stahesh Jorge bush was trying to do a good thing bet the masses are too stupid, it would have been better if the gov did not manage our retirement it would have been better if they forced us the masses to save some of their money for retirement and force them to invest it.
