I'm calling it right now, all the houses/land that got burned in the LA fires is magically going to be bought up and converted into a 15 min city.

They seem to be choosing naturally gorgeous places - Hawaii, Pacific Coast... 🤔
Kinda makes you wonder, like maybe we could make a game of it: Where will the next 15 min city "eminent domain seizure" occur next? What's the next most gorgeous spot?
Any guesses? Florida? New England?
