@sardonicsmile they can manipulate the public perspective by making certain stories tend and then see how their manipulation is working on the general public thought their app, maybe they can make a story about the US gov being insolvent trend and then it spreads over other influencers that peddle the similar stories and they make all such stories trend, this would have a ripple effect that would spill out in to the general public.
