They often think that the kind of men who would be willing to sleep with them or short term date them are the kind of man she should be able to get past 30. But often that is not the case.

For women who do "settle" for a guy who she would previously overlook in her 20s, they often resent the guy who they end up with, even though he did nothing wrong.

There needs to be some clarification here. It is not so much that a woman becomes completely unable to find relationships/husband's after 30, but her options get more and more limited after she is 30 and the become more limited as she gets older. She will most likely not get the ideal man she wants after 30 (unlike in her early 20s).

Also, this assumes that a woman is taking the best care of herself after 30, and many do not.

As tech industry was benefiting the most in the decade of low interest rates, it's natural they are the first affected. We've seen that with the mass tech layoffs also.

Other industries dependent on credit will be next affected: real estate, auto sales, travel.
