@basedbagel no, there's nothing specifically special about vitamin C. Just take a multivitamin and vitamin D to cover all immune system bases, and live a healthy lifestyle. Most people who got the vaccine did not have complications. Only a small percentage did. That's still large number of people, but if you're predisposed to getting raped by the poke, a bit of vitamin C (specifically only that) won't save you.
"Rectify vitamin deficiencies" would be my succinct general advice.
