@Furgar It just goes to show that all females have this nature regardless of how strong their culture or religion is. If she has options (e.g. social media) she will do everything she can to use them.

@Shlomo Is there more detail on the hypersonic missle targeted at Tel Aviv? Do we know if it was the same one that the Israeli media is claiming they shot down?

@deprecated_ii Is it new construction settling or poor frame construction?

@Tfmonkey "The Aristocratic Tendency" is the term you were looking for instead of nepotism.

@Justicar Life, absolutely will change your existence because all life is change. If you do not change, it is because you are not alive.

That said, I sympathize with this sentiment. Sometimes you simply want things to not change so you can breathe as things are. I understand.

@wandering_soul The top right is my favourite as it reminds me of the Realists' work, even if it is a bit scandalous. I don't quite understand the point of the other three other than for the viewer's eye candy.

@justnormalkorean While funny, to say "hello" in France, you'd say "hello".

@deprecated_ii To be fair, leeches are very commonly used in skin graft and digit reattachment procedures.

Key findings:
1) Lower confidence with 5th & 6th grade (Average 10-11 yrs old)
2) 79% of girls report large amounts of pressure and stress.
3) Median usage of social media by 5th graders is 4-6 hours per day.
4) Extreme sadness increased for all minor females.
5) 55% said they are afraid because the don't want to seem bossy.
6) School is the top stressor for minor females.

What are their recommendations: more money, more empowerment, more coddling

Here's some interesting information from the Non-profit, ROX (Ruling Our eXperiences), which collects survey information of young females' feelings (highly valuable information, I'm sure you'll agree /s).

If you examine their results for 2022-2023 of +17k, 5-12th grade minor females accompanied by an adult during the survey, you'll see an interesting pattern: they aren't happy with their lives.

@Invictus With a foreclosure notice, I know it's incorrect because I am up-to-date on my bills.

Even if it was legitimate, I'd still rather a foreclosure notice because the other three involve the government directly.

@deprecated_ii Yes, because that means part of your pay can be used to fund "benefits".

@deprecated_ii Centurii-Chan's artwork is always good. Dovahhatty used it well.

@Justicar Yes, I understand that you respect the office/the rank and not the person in such a situation. I perhaps should have been more clear that I was taking the information about specific roles and attempting to apply it broadly.

This leads me to conclusions:
1) Be direct with females generally and with males under my authority to achieve an objective.
2) Only in the rare circumstances when someone merits respect would I be able to ask "Would you mind doing...?" because it shows said respect I have for them.
3) Even if I wish that I could have "the milk of human kindness by the quart in every vein", I can't, because most people have a strict placement in their dominance hierarchy. To work with them, I must play the game.
